My sister and her husband are in town.  I decided to host a second Thanksgiving because this time of year gets kind of boring.  Most of the fun holidays are at the end of the year.

Every now and then grilled cheese really hits the spot. 😋

The plumeria in my backyard have been blooming recently! Usually they are bare and a bit boring but they are easy to propagate and worth it.

It’s so exciting to see the herbs I planted start growing!

Starbucks lemon loaf.  I took a chance and tried it a while back and was shocked at how delicious it is! I normally don’t like lemon desserts or really most non chocolate desserts LOL.

Captured the red plumerias.  I only have the yellow ones in my yard. These are so easy to grow, you literally snap off a branch and stick it in the ground!  I really wish all plants were this easy.

I recently found this seltzer again! I totally forgot how much I used to love this.

I tried to be subtle as I took my photo of the day at lunch with coworkers.  😂

Ahhh more unhealthiness! But it was delicious and I’ve wanted to try the cinnabon crepes for a long time.  I do try to eat healthy mostly, but it’s near impossible for me to do it all the time, despite my best intentions 😭.  The temptation is all around and I love food.

I love being at the beach. Managed to remember to bring my camera! Just looking at this picture makes me feel relaxed.

In Germany on vacation.

These are Kipferl.  My first treat here in Germany! My mom and grandma in the US also have been making them since I was a kid.

I’ve noticed here in Germany, the houses are so beautiful. To me, they appear to be made with high quality materials that will last for a very long time.

I love this room so much, it’s so cool.

I love the beautiful gardens here in Germany. They are truly amazing works of natural art.

This is called the Grünhütte. It’s a wonderful restaurant in the woods. It was about an hour hike to get there.

My cousin’s cat was sooooo sweet! It’s rare to come across cats that are so friendly to people they don’t know.

Digital cameras are so great, they feel unlimited.   When I was a kid we still had film.  I remember I had a camera and I would just pretend to take pictures because my parents didn’t want to waste money on film… If I had known about digital cameras back then… 😳

Finally a healthy meal worth displaying 😆.  I made the German potato salad I had tried at the Gruhnhutte and it turned out pretty good.  I’m always excited about another way to eat potatoes.

A meal I ordered in Germany that I’d never had before. I think they were called Serviettenknödel (Bread Dumplings).

Went to a Cheap Trick, Journey and Def Leppard concert – I really enjoyed it! Pour some sugar on me was my favorite song!

You can’t really see the deer clearly in this picture but they were hanging out outside there in the swampy area.

I love the beautiful attention to detail at both Animal Kingdom and the resort. So many different textures and colors of plants, it’s so nice to just look around.

This was an interesting place to eat and the food was good!

I’d love something like this in my house 😀
