I’m doing an art challenge inspired by Inktober, but slightly different. I think this is a great time of year for a challenge, just to do things differently. I’m going to use inks but finish with acrylics and I’m going to just start now and maybe take longer than a month. I technically could do it in a month, but I’d be really forcing myself and also I don’t think the pieces would end up being very good if I’m in a rush. They probably still wont be that great because I’m aiming for quantity, but I’m going to use this as a way of working on some concepts I had on the back burner for a long time now.

My theme is going to be infinity, which I’ll try to stick with but maybe not for every single piece LOL. I often think about how mysterious life is and how we all seem to be a part of this vast infinite universe. It’s more of a vague vibe I have about things. Mostly I notice this when I took up at the sky, either during the day or especially at night seeing the stars. I also see in in the eyes of nature’s various creatures. Even looking at plants reminds me of it. Meditation and stillness also bring it up sometimes.
