The Crazy Right Hemisphere

Being a creative can feel kind of crazy.

I want to paint.

No, I want to master painting. And drawing. Maybe music as well.

I love to sing. I love to play piano. And I do, on a regular basis. I really want to make writing my own songs a priority as well.  I’ve got like 100 on the back burner.

I also love taking pictures and am doing a photography challenge (that I temporarily forgot about LOL).

Also, I’ve wanted to learn Japanese for the past 15 years and just remembered that!  I went back to hiragana in the past month and I think I have 25 of them down! And I’d love to finally get good at speaking German. Real German, Hoch Deutsch, not that BS I learned as a kid, absorbed through my parents.

I also want to play guitar, ukulele and the violin. Forgot about those. I started all of them at some point and own one of each instrument 😂.  Plus I also bought a random string instrument on Etsy that I totally forgot about. The harp seems like an interesting instrument as well.

I want to knit, crochet and do macramé and make some more wind chimes out of seashells and other stuff. And occasionally experiment with origami and also with cooking different cuisines. And baking.

Oh right, I also LOVE to write – articles, poetry, journaling, etc.

I’m working on my little Zen garden as well as other gardening chores that NEVER END.

All this on top of working a job as a software engineer and contributing to maintaining a loving relationship.
And doing all the living stuff adults have to do.

I’m going to need more lifetimes to do everything I want to do.

No wonder I feel stressed sometimes.  I really need to pace myself.
