I took photos of these flowers in my backyard. I thought they where beautiful and I wanted to paint them. Part of me thinks that it’s impossible to really capture nature’s beauty. There’s just no competition there. But it’s not really about competition, for me it’s about celebration. Nature is so beautiful, how can I not want to celebrate that beauty?
