What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I do at least one creative thing daily, like paint, sing or play piano. It’s amazing what this can do for your health overall, especially if you stick with something over time. It has made me eat much healthier and start exercising, because I realized that if I don’t have good health as I get older, it will prevent me from doing these things that I love to do. Also, it just makes me so much happier. Creating has indirectly benefited my health very much, more so than anything else. I find it very motivational!
