Omg this month is already flying by! For today’s ink painting I did a freestyle version.

Usually I like to have an outline and a pretty solid plan first because it makes it easier to just have some control over the painting, but for this one I didn’t do that and it turned out okay, I guess.

I’m realizing how much I actually like inks. Normally I just use them as the background of my paintings and then cover most of it up with acrylic and oil, but it looks really nice just on its own and I think I’m going to use inks more going forward.
