I only recently heard about bread pudding in the past few years. My mom loves it. So I made it for her birthday and by chance I found a recipe that turned out amazing. My only change was that I used croissants instead of brioche and may have added some extra chocolate chips LOL. Also, I served it with whipped cream which added something extra. Now I love bread pudding too. Which is bad in a way, because there’s another dessert that I crave on a rotating basis : D
