WIP and the past few weeks

January has been a bit busy, had some celebrations and visited my sister up north.

Melting pot is my favorite ❤️

I went to a Japanese restaurant I haven’t been to in a long time.  This looks so good, I love the presentation. It looks like a work of art.

I love looking out of the window on the plane, it’s just such a different perspective than normal. How often do you really get to see things from above, it’s so cool.

It was so cold when I visited my sister, I got to see snow flurries again, which was nice.  It’s been a long time.

I love the red contrast of these berries

We had soooo much fun playing Harry Potter trouble.  Omg I’m laughing just remembering it.  The cards make the game last a lot longer and also really encourages fierce competition lol 🤣.

LOL

I’m currently working on these small pieces.

And also working on this larger painting below.  I still need to fix the wolf because it’s not looking right and also add details to the entire painting.

This painting is inspired by the Loup Garou or werewolf.  I just re-read the book Blood and Chocolate and felt inspired to paint the concept.  I also liked the movie, but it was different from the book.

Also this month’s Bokksu:

Happy January! Can’t believe the first month of the year is almost over. Sigh.
